Code for Ireland is about much more than coding.

That’s because code on its own is often of limited use – the process of delivering a project needs thinking, discussing, designing, liaising, marketing, feedback, testing… People skills are at least as important as knowledge of a computer language. And since no-one has all the skills to deliver a complete project, there is almost certainly a niche where your abilities could be of crucial help. So if you can’t code to save your life, but you can design or coordinate or administer or liaise, we’re just as interested as if you know Java backwards.
